Nowadays she leads the Change Management and Knowledge Management Areas in GoIdea. 

Bachelor in Industrial Psychology by Universidad Complutense - Madrid (Spain) and MBA by Open Business School (UK), completed her education with many specific high value international programs in her area of specialization.

She has developed her career in an international environment, with European and local responsibilities, in IBM Spain, IBM Consulting Group and IBM HQ EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa).

Laura Alió has led international projects on Change Management within sectors such as Energy and Utilities, Finance, Insurance, and Industrial and Consumer Products.

She has pioneered the launch and implementation of Knowledge Management in Spain, being recognized as one of the most authorized and experienced voices in  driving local and international organizations to focus on knowledge sharing in the above mentioned business sectors.

José Antonio Parejo

At the moment, he manages the Leadership Management Area in GoIdea.

He has developed his career in two main areas: General Management of Service companies, and leadering Human Resources Consulting projects.

Bachelor in Psychology by Universidad Autonoma of Madrid, specialized in Industrial Psychology by Universidad Complutense of Madrid, and MBA by Madrid Business School & University of Houston.

He has been CEO of two important companies from the Service Sector in Spain.  As Principal Consultant, he has participated in the education and training of many management teams, Executive’s coaching, and in the definition and implementation of HR strategies for local and international companies.

He has led complex HR and strategy projects from both local and international companies from sectors such as Retail and Distribution, Banking & Insurance, Mass Media, Utilities, etc.
